This site belongs to Jen Eberly Massage Therapy. It collects only what you choose to send.

What the booking form collects

Your name, phone number, email address, preferred session, date and time, the location for your massage, and anything you tell me about pain, injuries or conditions. I use it only to schedule and prepare for your session.

Who sees it

Only me. Your request is stored on this website and sent to me by email. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work. If analytics are added, this page will say so.
